Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Southfield, MI (Hybrid) Contract-to-Hire | $29–33/hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting our manufacturing client in Southfield, MI in their search for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a collaborative environment and excellent long-term potential.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Model: Hybrid

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This individual will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to coordinate recruiting activities and support hiring initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and status updates
• Assist with job postings on internal and external platforms
• Support onboarding processes, including offer letters, background checks, and new hire documentation
• Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed
• Partner with recruiters and HR to support high-volume hiring initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
