Scrum Master

We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to guide and support agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in agile values, principles, and practices, and will play a key role in facilitating team collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Apply agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Implement, train, mentor, and support scrum teams in adopting agile frameworks. Set up and provide ongoing support for agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Identify, manage, and track tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Schedule and facilitate scrum ceremonies, meetings, and decision-making processes. Monitor team performance and promote continuous improvement. Organize product demos and coordinate system testing activities. Ensure effective use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team. Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management role. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Excellent facilitation, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe). Background in software development or IT project management.
