Customer Service Representative
Valley Animal Hospital & Pet Resort in Huntsville, AL, is looking for a Customer Service Representative dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care. Join a team that feels like family.
About Our Hospital
We've been caring for Huntsville's pets for over 30 years with excellence, empathy, and innovation. Our hospital is AAHA accredited, Fear Free certified, and a Cat Friendly Practice through AAFP. We operate out of two beautiful buildings: a full-service hospital and a brand-new cutting-edge wellness center. We also run a vibrant Dog Day Camp—complete with camper birthday parties and pool parties that bring energy and fun to the entire team.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service setting
- Understands that clear, effective communication with clients and team members is a priority
- Comfortable with handling payments, a multi-line phone system, email and other means of client reporting
- Familiarity with Avimark is a plus
- Strong willingness to maintain a clean, presentable environment
- A team-first attitude and commitment to a positive work culture
Schedule & Benefits
- Compensation: Starting at $16/hour, based on experience
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts (rotating Saturdays)
