Director of Finance

OverviewRapidly Growing FinTech company seeks a hands-on Director of Finance to join a fast-paced team. This role focuses on driving financial strategy, capital efficiency, and revenue modeling. The successful candidate will manage financial risk assessment and pricing strategy implementation. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role is required.Base pay$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic financial models and forecasts to achieve the company\'s short and long-term goals.Oversee the development of pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.Manage and monitor capital efficiency, ensuring optimal use of resources and identification of potential cost reductions.Lead revenue modeling efforts to accurately project future revenues and identify potential areas for growth.Conduct financial risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Collaborate with senior management to align financial management with short and long-term company objectives.Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting and ensure its accuracy and regulatory compliance.Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
