• Location: South Jersey
• Pay: Commission-based $100,000–$250,000 with bonus opportunities.
• Schedule: Full-Time, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with availability for some evenings and weekends

As our full-time Design Specialist , you will structure your day around momentum: confirm your schedule, arrive prepared, ask smart questions that reveal the real problem, then present clear, compelling bathroom solutions that solve it. Additionally, you will handle contracts and paperwork with precision, communicating next steps immediately, and keeping every promise you make so homeowners feel confident from the first meeting to the final signature.

• Driver's license
• Personal vehicle for appointments
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when homeowners need you
• Preferred: In-home sales experience
