Qualifications Other information: Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program required Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physician Assistant preferred Maintain a Physician Assistant license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, both Medical and Osteopathic preferred Collaborative agreement approved through the state within 3 months of start date required National certification required DEA required within 6 months of start date Current Healthcare provider CPR through the American Heart Association required at time of hire. Maintains ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
