Schedule Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM No evenings or weekends What You’ll Do Oversee all daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly experience Lead, coach, and support a strong front office and clinical team Drive production, schedule optimization, and financial performance Manage AR, collections, insurance processing, and treatment coordination Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standards Create a warm, positive culture rooted in trust, communication, and accountability Who We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in a Dental Office Manager or advanced front office leadership role Stable work history with tenure at the same practice or group strongly preferred Deep knowledge of dental insurance, billing, treatment coordination, and scheduling Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency with dental software ( Denticon experience is a plus ) Someone who leads with integrity, empathy, and energy What We Offer Health Insurance – HMO, PPO, HSA options Dental & Vision Insurance – Through BCBSIL Generous Paid Time Off – Includes Well Pay, Basic PTO, and Holidays 401(k) – With 3% annual safe harbor contribution after 90 days A High-Tech, High-Touch Practice – Be part of a forward-thinking group where your leadership truly matters Ready to lead with confidence in one of Chicago’s best neighborhoods?
