Noah's Ark Animal Clinic in Fort Wright, Kentucky is seeking to fill a full-time position for a Veterinary Receptionist - We are a multi-doctor, full-service hospital.
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Filling medications
- Greeting clients
- Processing payments
- Ensuring that the hospital is clean and presentable at all times.
- Client service, sales
- Communication Skills
- Multi-tasking
- Applicants should possess a great attitude and outgoing personality
- A high level of computer proficiency
- Exceptional telephone communication ability.
Most importantly, applicants must enjoy working as part of a team! Top priority will be given to applicants with experience working in a veterinary hospital however, we are happy to train the right applicant. Candidates must have experience in a customer service environment. This position requires someone that is excellent at handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. A caring and compassionate attitude is required of all members of our team.
