Quick Facts Location: 3730 Plaza Way, Kennewick, WA 99338 Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: Minimum 3 months, ongoing possible Shift: Clinic hours Mon Thu 8:00am 5:00pm; Fri 8:00am 12:00pm; Call 1:3 with 7am 7am shifts Hours per Week: Approximately 40 hours/week Employment Type: Locum / Temporary Licensure/Certifications: Active Washington State license or IMLC required Experience: Prior OB-GYN practice experience preferred Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (rates discussed upon application) Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay, paid weekly via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time, compliant with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You ll Do Provide OB-GYN outpatient and inpatient care in a busy clinic and hospital setting Perform patient consultations, examinations, and procedures as needed Participate in labor and delivery rounding and patient postpartum care Respond to call duties on a 1:3 rotation, including overnight shifts Document patient interactions thoroughly in electronic health records Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care Maintain compliance with all licensing and malpractice insurance requirements What You Need Active Washington State medical license or IMLC Clean history and malpractice insurance required Minimum of 2+ years OB-GYN experience preferred Strong clinical skills, communication, and team collaboration skills Ability to handle call duties independently and document thoroughly About the Assignment Join a respected healthcare team providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a welcoming community.
