Marketing Assistant

Overview The Entry‑Level Legal Marketing Assistant will provide administrative and marketing support to the firm and the firm’s marketing director. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional seeking to build experience in marketing, communications, and business development within a professional services environment. Responsibilities Assist with social media platforms Assist with the development of collateral materials Assist with client events, seminars and meetings (internal and external) Assist with maintenance and updates for firm website and blog postings Assist with development and maintenance of promotional materials and swag items Track firm sporting tickets Track firm sponsored events Maintain firm’s CRM system / database Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field Strong writing, proofreading and research skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong familiarity with social media platforms Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information Preferred Skills (not required) Experience with Canva and Hubspot #J-18808-Ljbffr
