This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, KPI development, internal controls, pricing analysis, and continuous process improvement. Opportunity to lead the entire accounting function with significant visibility across the organization Direct partnership with executive leadership on financial strategy and company performance Ability to influence profitability through financial analysis, KPIs, and pricing initiatives Collaborative, team-oriented culture where ideas are welcomed Stable and growing organization serving leading OEM customers Broad responsibilities that go beyond traditional accounting Opportunity to improve systems, processes, and financial reporting Competitive compensation and benefits Career growth with increasing strategic leadership opportunities Job Details Responsibilities: Lead all accounting operations and supervise the accounting team Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements Oversee month-end and year-end close processes Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting controls Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations Develop financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for executive leadership Analyze profitability, margins, pricing, and operating performance Monitor company cash flow and working capital Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, and employee benefits administration Partner with operations, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to improve financial performance Support inventory reporting and financial system accuracy Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial processes Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Provide financial recommendations that improve business performance and long-term profitability Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience Strong knowledge of GAAP Experience leading month-end close and financial reporting Experience managing accounting staff Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ERP system experience Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and executive leadership Preferred Experience: Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or supply chain environment Inventory accounting Pricing and profitability analysis KPI development Continuous process improvement initiatives Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
