Instrument Technician

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Instrument Technician in Milford, MI. Technical Responsibilities (Preferred):
- Can follow Schematic Markup
- Printed circuit board (PCB) check out and visual inspections
- Assist engineers in root causing failed electrical components
- Experience with hot air reflow (e.g. IC replacement)
- Familiarity with bench lab equipment - Power supplies, oscilloscopes, load boxes, flash tools
- Mechanical assembly (hand tools) - ability to assemble and disassemble controllers
- Ability to solder small electrical components (e.g. 0805, 0402, etc.)
- Ability to create (design and build) wire harnesses and Build Test Boxes/Breakout boards
- Ability to multitask and clearly document status per controller
