Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an SMT Operator for a top manufacturing client in the foodservice technology industry. This candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring SMT manufacturing equipment to support the production of innovative foodservice technology solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can work independently with minimal supervision, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and safety. Set up SMT machines and prepare equipment for production runs

Operate and monitor SMT manufacturing equipment to ensure quality output

Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing goals

Perform visual inspections and basic troubleshooting as needed

Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures

Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready

Collaborate with team members to support efficient manufacturing operations
