Primary Care Clinician OpportunityProvidence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Primary Care clinician to join its established team at PMG Scholls Medical Plaza. You will deliver broad scope primary care for children (all ages), families, adults, and geriatric patients in the community.You'll be part of an integrative primary care team including embedded APPs who will support your panel and some in basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, along with case management support. Additional resources, consults, and patient referrals from Providence teams located in the same building include physical therapy/rehab, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and immediate care.
