Human Resources Director Location: Greater Lawrence/Haverhill, MA Area Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite Compensation: Competitive salary About The Opportunity A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing HR experience, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities Lead Human Resources functions Support workforce planning and growth Manage and develop an HR team Oversee high volume onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Payroll administration and HRIS management, including experience with payroll systems Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and workplace regulations Required Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required) Manufacturing HR leadership experience (required) 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with responsibility for multiple HR functions Strong background in employee relations, compliance, onboarding, payroll, and training Experience leading and developing HR staff Knowledge of employment law, workplace compliance, and HR best practices Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Professional HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is a plus Interested candidates should apply and/or reach to: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
