OVERVIEW The Director of Marketing at OS BENEFiTS (OSB) will lead the strategic vision and execution of all marketing efforts, ensuring OSB's brand is at the forefront of the employee benefits industry. As the senior marketing leader, you'll shape and implement strategies that align with business objectives, drive growth, and position OSB as a thought leader in hospitality and health insurance. This role requires a highly experienced marketing professional who can work cross-functionally with business development, product, and executive teams to achieve marketing and company goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop and lead OSB's marketing strategy across digital, print, and events, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. Manage and elevate OSB's brand identity to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Oversee multi-channel campaigns (web, email, social media, advertising) and optimize for engagement and conversions. Lead high-quality content creation, including blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, and case studies to engage customers and build OSB's thought leadership. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and optimize future initiatives. Conduct market research to inform marketing strategy and stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Plan and manage OSB's presence at industry events, webinars, and conferences. Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and product teams to create marketing materials and strategies that support business goals. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI. Manage marketing team contractors and external agencies, including designers, copywriters, and social media managers. Work with leadership to define and manage the marketing budget Manage marketing department KPIs / analytics to inform and improve performance. Work closely with the Founder + CEO and Head of People + Operations to plan for marketing team growth that aligns with sales milestones. Support additional projects as needed, contributing to OSB's growth and success. WHO YOU ARE 6-8 years of experience leading marketing efforts, ideally in hospitality, benefits, or insurance industries. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and brand awareness. Leadership experience with a track record of managing and mentoring marketing teams or contractors. Strong creative thinker with experience crafting innovative campaigns and marketing materials. Bring a scrappy, hands-on approach to marketing—equally comfortable setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. Help build the marketing function from the ground up, putting the right systems, processes, and foundation in place as the department grows. Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to inform decision-making. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present ideas effectively. Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional settings, working closely with product, business development, and executive teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Passionate about marketing and staying current on industry trends and best practices.
