Senior Marketing Director

Senior Marketing Director Location: Providence, USA Job position: Senior Level Reporting directly to the founders, the Senior Director will lead all marketing functions, including demand generation, content, digital marketing, events, HubSpot, and the CRS website. Our buyers are senior insurance executives, typically COOs, CTOs, and VPs of Underwriting, and our sales process is consultative and relationship driven. Success in this role depends on earning that audience trust through credible content, a strong industry presence, and disciplined execution. This is a hands-on leadership role in a lean organization. The right candidate is comfortable setting strategy and doing the work, from building campaigns to managing systems and reporting results. Duties and Responsibilities: Own and execute CRS’s integrated marketing strategy across demand generation, content, digital, events, and sales enablement Drive qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes with direct accountability to commercial results Manage and optimize HubSpot as the marketing and CRM system of record, including campaign infrastructure, contact segmentation, lead scoring, pipeline reporting, and sales handoff workflows Own the CRS website as a marketing asset, including content updates, conversion optimization, and performance tracking Build and manage a structured email and lifecycle marketing program with segmented nurture tracks for carriers versus MGAs Develop and execute content and thought leadership, including white papers, POVs, and executive-level content targeting C-suite and VP-level buyers Lead conference and event strategy for the specialty insurance market Partner with founders and sales on lead quality, conversion, and sales enablement Apply AI and automation to scale content production, reporting, and campaign execution Build marketing operating rhythms: campaign calendars, KPI dashboards, and reporting cadences Qualifications: 7+ years of B2B marketing leadership with demonstrated impact on pipeline and revenue Proven success marketing a complex, trust-based product to a technical or executive buyer Hands-on HubSpot expertise, including campaign management, segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle automation, and pipeline reporting; must be able to build and maintain the instance Experience owning and optimizing a B2B website as a demand generation and conversion asset Strong content and thought leadership background with demonstrated ability to build market authority in a niche vertical Experience with demand generation, LinkedIn-driven B2B marketing, and email/lifecycle programs Process-oriented operator with the ability to build systems and dashboards from scratch without pre-existing infrastructure Practical fluency with AI-enabled marketing tools applied to content production, campaign operations, or reporting Experience in insurance technology, insurtech, or P&C specialty insurance strongly preferred Comfortable working directly with founders in a high-accountability, lean environment Compensation: Competitive Salary with Performance Bonus Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision.
