Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN Greenfield, MA $38–$40/hour | PRN We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN position in Greenfield, MA. Work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals while helping residents build strength, improve mobility, and progress toward their individual therapy goals. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Guide residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfers, and mobility tasks Carry out established treatment plans based on resident goals Observe resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT Reinforce safe movement and mobility techniques Complete required clinical documentation Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $38–$40/hour PRN scheduling flexibility Supportive therapy team Short-term rehabilitation and long‑term care caseload Collaborative work environment Qualifications Active Massachusetts PTA license required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a rehabilitation team Skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply Join a rehabilitation team where you can use your skills to support residents' mobility, recovery, and independence. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stern Therapy Consultants
