Field Servies Technician I

About the role The Field Service Technician I is responsible for the clean‑up and preparation for transportation of Hazardous and Non‑Hazardous waste. Position Responsibilities Safely operate equipment, including pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts and other power tools in accordance with company policies, OSHA requirements and all local, state and federal laws. Handle, package and transport both Hazardous and Non‑Hazardous materials. Remove materials from tanks, pits or trenches with hand tools for industrial and environmental cleanup. Work in confined spaces above or below ground and on or under equipment, including daily confined space entry, mechanics, industrial hygiene instrumentation, pneumatic tools, electrical tools, hand tools and/or other tools as needed. Maintain a neat and clean working environment. Act as a professional representative of Reworld while acting in an autonomous manner at a customer site. Comply with OSHA Health and Safety Rules and complete required training provided by Reworld. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school Diploma or GED preferred. Reworld offers GED Works – a fully funded program for employees to achieve their GED. Ability to travel 10‑25% of the time, including overnight travel. Physical Demands of the Role Walk, stand, sit and climb as needed. Lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Work from heights and in confined spaces. Wear a full‑face respirator when required.
