We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our team in a busy medium-to heavy duty truck service and upfitting business. This role is perfect for a hands‑on leader who can balance strong technical skills with effective team management. Responsibilities Oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, and workflow Supervise and support technicians, providing guidance, training and quality control Maintain safety standards and compliance with company and industry regulations Communicate with customers regarding repairs and job status Qualifications 5+ years in medium–to-heavy duty truck repair Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge of P.T.O. & hydraulic systems, air compressors (Van Air brand is a plus), mobile truck cranes 3K-10K lbs.
