The CBO will also be instrumental in overseeing branch operations, customer experience, and sales performance, as well as building strong partnerships with local businesses and community organizations. Candidates for the CBO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in banking or financial services, with a proven track record in strategic growth, team leadership, and business development. A strong understanding of retail and commercial banking operations is essential, as is experience in leading across multiple branches or regions. The role requires an executive presence with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style, and strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be a culture fit for the community banking environment, being relationship-driven, and demonstrating a high level of visibility and engagement in the local community.
