Location: Boise, Idaho, USA

Work Mode: Onsite

Support Model: Rotational On-Call

Full-Time Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-call technical support for fab/lab operations. Respond to incidents and troubleshoot technical issues.
Coordinate with relevant engineering and support teams. Escalate critical issues and support timely resolution.
Follow site procedures, incident protocols, and operational requirements.
Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in technical support, IT infrastructure, lab support, semiconductor environments, or incident response.
Candidates should be comfortable with rotational on-call responsibilities.
