Base pay range $70.00/yr - $80.00/yr Job Summary (UX Designer – Onsite, Spring, TX) Design innovative, research-based UX solutions for complex technical problems in the Oil & Gas industry. Collaborate closely with development and project teams to ensure successful implementation of designs. Create user-focused designs using sketches, wireframes, and prototypes. Translate research findings into effective, elegant user interfaces and workflows. Work as part of a highly-collaborative team of UX designers and researchers. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and cross-functional groups. Contribute to and help define technical design standards and language. Maintain flexibility and adapt to changing project priorities and business needs. Advocate for best design practices and processes within the organization. Gain deep understanding of Oil & Gas industry challenges and user needs. Required: Minimum 3 years’ UX design experience or a relevant advanced degree; experience designing web/desktop applications; Agile team experience; Oil & Gas industry experience; local to Houston/Spring, TX; must provide LinkedIn profile.
