The ideal candidate will oversee the efficiencies of the service technicians and fleet department. In addition, a strong background in customer relations, warranty and billing claims, sales, and the drive to mentor your team to be top performers. This role requires hands-on experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively and ensure its continued success and growth.Responsibilities include:Weekly training with your teamRunning callbacks with your team members to show in field solutionsBeing available for your team, if they are working so are youJobsite analysis information must be documented per jobUnscheduled jobsite inspectionsBeing prepared to pick up overflow service callsEnsuring proper vehicle care and stock for your teamQuarterly performance reviews for your teamOther tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operationsEnsuring technician licenses and certificates are renewed and kept up to dateSufficient knowledge and utilization of the software program being usedPreparing quotations for recommended workCommunicating and providing updates to customers and other managersSetting and meeting performance goalsImplementing and enforcing company safety protocolsMaintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and professional service deliveryAbility to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no noticeExperience includes:2+ years of proven experience in a management roleStrong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians2+ years of sales experienceAbility to properly train and diagnose equipmentGreat attitude, high energy, great communication, and sales driven personalityStrong computer skillsPreferred:Service Titan ExperienceHVAC knowledgePlumbing knowledgeCompensation & Hours:Pay: $65,000 +, DOEDays: Monday - FridayLocation: In - OfficeBenefits:Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision InsuranceDisability and Term Life InsuranceMatching 401(k)Paid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)Candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check.If we sound like a company you want a long-term career with, apply today!We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
