AR/AP Specialist

Responsibilities: Responsible to receive and sort incoming payments Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies Investigate and resolve issues to maintain billing accuracy Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices Check the validity of debit accounts Update the accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments Ensure all clients remain informed of their outstanding debts and deadlines Add current information to accounts, including demographic, personal, and payment details Scan and process billing documentationOther duties as assigned Education, Experience, and Skills: An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred Must have at least 1 year of AR/AP experience Experience working in the Trucking/Transportation industry is preferred Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and QuickBooks is required High attention to detail Advanced communications skills.
