• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance use and mental health histories, identifying key areas for intervention.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues, using evidence-based modalities.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques grounded in the latest research to promote recovery.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide integrated and cohesive care, ensuring that each client’s treatment needs are met.

In this position, you will work primarily with individuals grappling with substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. • A valid license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
