As an LCSW in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients to determine their mental health needs and establishing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing solution-focused therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices that cater specifically to clients’ unique situations.

• Maintaining accurate, thorough documentation of client records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health counselors to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Participating in peer review discussions and case consultations to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and self-help strategies.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and developments in behavioral health to incorporate innovations into your practice for improved client outcomes.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy and mental health counseling.

• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and other evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a genuine ability to connect with clients.

• The capacity to thrive in a collaborative team setting, promoting teamwork and mutual professional support.

While not mandatory, experience in specific therapeutic areas such as trauma-informed care, CBT, or family therapy would be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is also preferred, as it facilitates effective care delivery and record management.

This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually. Additionally, we offer:
