We are seeking a dependable , organized , and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting a fast-paced service team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Schedule service appointments using dispatching software.
• Dispatch plumbing technicians and coordinate daily work orders.
• Monitor technician schedules and assist with route optimization.
• Route incoming calls and messages to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare and process customer invoices.
• Assist with ligh t Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, vendors, and management.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in a construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, or other service industry.
• Experience with Housecall Pro or similar field service management software such as ServiceTitan, Service Fusion, or FieldEdge .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient typing skills ( minimum 30 WPM ).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing modern technology and cloud-based software.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Alternating Saturdays may be required.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: Competitive and based on experience.
