School Counselor/Social Worker

Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring a School Counselor/Social Worker for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond at our high school! As our school is growing, we will be adding SEL support. We are looking for someone who specifically has strong college and career readiness experience and has been a full-time counselor in a school (past internship) for at least two years.

Base salary: $68,500 - $90,000+
