What You’ll Do

• Conduct hospital rounds, consults, and perform urologic procedures such as ureteroscopies
• Collaborate with a dedicated team in a well-equipped, recently renovated urology practice
• Manage a patient volume of 40-70 patients per day
• Support the department during daytime hospital call and occasional clinic coverage
• Provide care to adult patient populations, excluding pediatrics
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Assist with surgeries and outpatient procedures in a modern surgical suite

What You Need

• PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand before start date
• DEA registration
• Minimum 3 years of urology practice experience
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Strong clinical skills in general urology and ureteroscopies
• Ability to work independently within a team environment

About the Assignment

This contract opportunity is based at a leading hospital with 73 beds in Gettysburg, PA, equipped with nine exam rooms and three procedure rooms. The role supports a long-tenured staff and offers a mix of hospital inpatient and outpatient Urology care. The schedule includes hospital rounds, outpatient clinic, and operating room duties, all managed within a supportive team environment. The position provides a comprehensive and fulfilling outpatient and hospital-based urology practice experience.
