• License/Certifications: PA or IMLC LOQ, DEA, Board Certified or Eligible in Urology
• Experience: Minimum 3 years (new grads considered with clean files)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient urology consultations and follow-up care
• Perform procedures, including ureteroscopies and other minor surgeries
• Support hospital daytime call, including rounds, consults, operating room procedures, and occasional clinic coverage
• Collaborate with a long-tenured support staff, including medical assistants, LPN, surgical schedulers, and front office team
• Document patient encounters in EPIC EMR system
• Contribute to patient education and ensure quality care delivery

What You Need:

• Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand
• DEA registration
• Urology board certification or eligibility
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in general urology
• Strong skills in outpatient care, ureteroscopies, and hospital rounding

This assignment is based at a modern urology practice located within a renovated healthcare facility featuring 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms. The team provides a supportive environment with experienced staff, focusing on comprehensive outpatient urology care, with occasional hospital inpatient duties. The EMR system utilized is EPIC, facilitating seamless documentation and patient management.
