We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a long-standing and highly trusted construction partnership at the GM Plant in Arlington, TX . This is a stable, high-volume environment where our team has successfully delivered work for over a decade and is viewed as a preferred, go-to partner. Projects range from small, fast-turn improvements to large-scale expansions, with a steady flow of awarded work and multiple projects running concurrently at any given time. Success in this role is rooted in trust, accountability, and strong day-to-day collaboration with onsite partners, field teams, and leadership.

The Project Manager will be based onsite, working closely with superintendents, field teams, and project support partners to oversee multiple projects from start to finish. This role is hands-on and relationship-driven, requiring strong communication, organization, and presence in a fast-paced industrial setting. Schedule expectations include consistent onsite coverage and defined on-call/site support , with an emphasis on clear expectations and maintaining a sustainable balance over time.

What You Bring

• An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Four-year engineering or construction management degree.
• Five to seven years of related experience.
• A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.

Nice to Have

• Solid understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to subject area.
• Ability to assume responsibility, interact and communicate with others.
• Proficiency in 0365 office suite.
