ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/03/2026 Duration: 16 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Med Surg Float Pool Assignment Duration This is a 16-week contract position. Schedule NIGHTS - 12HR: 7P-7A / 7A-7P with a NIGHT/DAY ROTATION. A minimum of 36 hours per week is available, including 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract. Job Description The Med Surg Float Pool Registered Nurse will float between all Med Surg Tele units and the South East Tower. Candidates must be flexible in accordance with the facility's scheduling needs and may be required to float to other units if needed. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in various Med Surg Tele units. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care. Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed. Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system. Participate in patient and family education. Required Experience & Certifications 2 years of recent experience in acute Med Surg/Tele in a hospital setting. 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
