Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (School Based) Location: Waterford, MI Job Summary: Provide individualized speech and language services to children from birth to age 21 in a school‑based outpatient setting. Responsibilities include assessing speech and language needs, designing and implementing treatment plans, conducting therapies, educating families and teachers, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language skills in children. Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with school objectives and family goals. Deliver one‑to‑one therapy sessions and group sessions as needed. Track progress, modify interventions, and document outcomes. Educate parents and caregivers on home strategies.
