  • Available Schedules:

    • Doubles 7 AM - 11 PM (WEEKENDS ONLY)

    • Full-Time Days 7 AM - 3 PM (every other weekend)

    • Full-Time Evenings 3 PM - 11 PM (every other weekend)

As an RN at Robin Run Village, you'll be the heart of our resident care, empowering others and making a tangible difference:

• Collaborate and Lead: Work alongside dedicated physicians and healthcare professionals, implementing and coordinating exceptional care while championing resident rights and advocating for their best interests.

• Be the Detail Detective: Skillfully document all aspects of resident care, from personalized plans to insightful observations, ensuring seamless communication and optimal outcomes through precise and thorough record-keeping.

• Shape Care Plans: Contribute your expert nursing judgment to monthly and quarterly assessments, actively participating in care plan meetings to tailor support to individual needs and maximize resident well-being.

• Empower Your Team: Provide compassionate guidance and support to our wonderful Charge Nurses and CNAs, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Ensure consistent, high-quality care through regular resident rounds and prompt response to evolving needs.

• Master the Art of Care: Administer medications and treatments, including IV therapy, with precision and compassion, utilizing a variety of medical equipment with confidence and adherence to best practices.

• Be the Bridge: Communicate with warmth and empathy with residents, their families, visitors, and our interdisciplinary team, building trust, providing clear information, and fostering a supportive community atmosphere.

We're seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse who is eager to contribute to our vibrant community:

• You've graduated from an accredited nursing school , and ideally bring one to two years of related nursing experience.

• You hold a valid State RN License/Certification .

• You're proficient in basic CPR and first aid .

• You're committed to the health and safety of our community ( proof of Covid-19 vaccination required ).
