Job Title: Lecturer of Political Science Location: UNG - Multi Campus Regular/Temporary: Regular Full/Part Time: Full-Time Job ID: 292644 Job Summary The University of North Georgia (UNG) is currently accepting applications for the position of Lecturer of Political Science in the Department of Political Science & International Affairs (PSIA). The successful candidate will teach on multiple campuses with the focus being Dahlonega, Cumming, and potentially the Inspire satellite campus. The successful candidate will teach American Government and other lower division and possibly an upper division course depending upon departmental needs. Required Qualifications The successful candidate must have a Master's in political science or a related field; Ph.D. preferred. Must have a successful teaching background especially with American Government as evidenced by teaching evaluations, syllabi, or other supporting documentation. Preference Will Be Given To Those Candidates Who Have a strong background in teaching American Government A willingness to engage in online instruction Are committed to strongly supporting and growing the degree offerings of the department.
