About the Opportunity:
Our client, a growing company in the construction/services space, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Support / AR Specialist to join their team due to an upcoming resignation. This is an immediate need with the potential to turn into a permanent role. The position offers a great opportunity to step into a high-impact role supporting both accounting and day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and collections (invoicing, follow-ups, payment tracking)
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls (~25/day, shared across team)
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Assist with proposal preparation and administrative support for sales
- Support general office operations and front-office responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Strong comfort with numbers and basic math skills
- Tech-savvy with general computer proficiency (Excel knowledge a plus)
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
- Comfortable working fully onsite and navigating stairs
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in AR, billing, or collections
- Bilingual in Spanish
