Account Executive | Automotive Software Sales

Dallas, Texas | $55,000–$60,000/year

You’ll build and manage a sales pipeline by developing relationships with automotive dealerships, understanding their business challenges, and connecting them with software solutions that support their goals. From prospecting and presentations through contract negotiation, onboarding, and long-term account development, you’ll own the sales process and work toward monthly and quarterly targets.

What You’ll Do
• Execute the sales playbook and generate new business through calls, emails, and in-person outreach.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers and work toward monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Deliver presentations tailored to prospects’ needs and priorities.
• Provide product and pricing information and negotiate sales contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams through product launch, onboarding, and ongoing customer relationships.
• Apply industry, business, and technical knowledge to support individual and team goals.

What You’ll Need
• Proven sales track record, preferably in automotive and software sales.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and process-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and listening skills with genuine curiosity about customer challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to travel within the territory approximately 20% of the time.

Preferred
• Experience building relationships with car dealership owners, general managers, or CRM/marketing managers.
