Clinical Application Support Specialist II- RO

GE HealthCare seeks a Clinical Application Support Specialist II for its radiation oncology software division. The role involves providing customer support, troubleshooting software issues, delivering training, and advocating for customer needs within the organization.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve software issues or configuration requests
Provide personalized training to hospitals, clinicians, and clinical staff
Use remote diagnostic technologies to troubleshoot and guide optimal software use
Share customer insights with product, quality, and management teams for software improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solutions beyond immediate expertise

Requirements

Background in radiation therapy, dosimetry, or radiation oncology support experience
3+ years of clinical or medical experience
BS RT (T) or CMD certification preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and critical thinking ability to solve complex customer issues
Active listening and empathetic customer interaction mindset
Flexible schedule availability

Compensation: $70,400-$105,600 annual base
