Receptionist

Job Responsibilities for the Receptionist:

• Answering phones
• Performing basic clerical tasks
• Greeting customers (our doors are always locked)
• Maintain and follow up Job File Folders
• Maintain and follow up on Subcontractor File Folders
• Maintain, track and file Certificates of Insurance for our Owners
• Maintain, track and file Certificates of Insurance for our Subcontractors
• Filing
• Open and distribute mail
• Be a back up to the overflow of Accounts Payable invoices (we will train)
• Other duties as instructed

Qualifications for the Receptionist:

• Must be a high school graduate
• Have a valid driver's license
• have basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional demeanor and disposition
• Construction experience preferred but not required

Compensation for the Receptionist:

$15 - $17 Hourly
