- Answer all calls high volume, on a multi-line system, transfer calls throughout the company as needed.
- Sort, collate, and input invoices, purchase orders, scanned and uploaded documents.
- Keep up with insurance - make sure we have up-to-date info, upload into company database.
- Prepare daily cash reports, credit card, and cash. Take all payments as needed.
- File all invoicing for parts and service invoice holders. Verify they are entered once they are paid and then file.
- Collect references for credit applications and collect necessary signatures.
- Accounts Receivable - Collections
- Organize office supply orders.
- Various tasks as assigned by supervisor.
