Senior Assistant Controller, Credit Funds (US & Offshore)

Uloop Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to oversee several distressed-debt funds. This senior role, based in Miami, requires managing onshore and offshore teams and working with complex fund structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund accounting, credit instruments, and a proven track record in leadership and financial analysis. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, managing cash flow, and coordinating with various teams.
