As a Seasonal Housekeeping Team Leader at HVC, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where everyone is connected by care and inclusivity.Hourly Pay Rate: $24.30$500.00 Starting Bonus - Bonus is paid out at $250 after 30 days of employment, $250 after 90 days of employment.Seasonal Position1st/2nd ShiftValid U.S. Drivers License RequiredWhere great benefits lead to a life fulfilled.Competitive PayMedical/Dental/Vision/401K opportunitiesTravel discountsCredit Union MembershipTuition ReimbursementProfessional Counseling & Family SupportGrowth and Development OpportunitiesBenefit Eligibility will vary by positionSite Specific PerksFree On-Site ParkingDepartment celebrationsAssociate Appreciation WeekMonthly associate recognition and reward programsAs a Housekeeping Team Leader, a typical day will include:Completes checklists to report the cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.Identifies room assignments and types of cleaning required for each room.Inspects guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper.Identifies the turns and reports to the Manager order to which rooms will be cleaned and ready.Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments.Enters status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheets.Assists all aspects, within the Housekeeping discipline, up to but not limited to cleaning rooms/villas, house aide duties, and public space cleaning.Guest Experience and Company StandardsWelcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.Contribute to team goals.Always follow company policies and safety procedures.To Become a Housekeeping Team Leader at HVC:Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.Hyatt Vacation Ownership is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
