• Conduct independent audits of Burst House operations, verifying the accurate execution of leak checks, burst tests, and post-test inspections according to engineering specifications.

• Enforce ISO 9001 requirements, ensure test area readiness, and maintain strict data integrity by capturing traceability photos and audit evidence.

• Actively identify, document, and escalate non-conformances, test escapes, and process deviations within the quality management system.

• Partner with Operations and Engineering teams to communicate daily audit findings, drive root cause analysis, and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
