Responsibilities and Duties

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the company. The role is responsible for managing front desk operations and handling general administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Answer a multi-line phone system and transfer calls.
• Manage sales leads, greet guests.
• Distribute incoming mail/packages and prepare out-going mail and packages via US Mail, UPS and SpeeDee, set up new dealers in Epicor.
• Order office supplies and provide administrative support to several departments. Must be able to handle difficult calls while remaining professional.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
• A motivated self-starter who can work independently.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize is key.
• Experience with databases is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Salary Range

$17.00 to $20.00 an hour

The specific compensation offered to a candidate varies by several factors including, but not limited to relevant work experience, education, location and internal pay equity.
