Participate in specimen collection processes and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.

Document all procedures with diligence, assist in training new personnel or students, and support the maintenance of high lab quality standards.

Ensure a safe and clean working environment while adhering to applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.

Maintain up-to-date certification throughout your period of employment.
