Scheduler/Secretary - Ear Nose & Throat (ENT) Clinic

Job Title

To greet, prioritize, and schedule appointments for patients and/or their families in the clinic area. To ensure the waiting room is in order and assist anyone having questions or seeking assistance

Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other: Specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; E.G., clerical/administrative

Preferred Education: Associates Degree

Work Environment Office setting, within a clinic environment

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a position in a clinic setting which is open 8 hours a day. Office staff: work 5 days a week, Monday # Friday.
