- Can you diagnose and repair stamping press dies using a clear maintenance record? ✅
- Do you thrive collaborating during die tryout runs to validate performance? ✅
- Are you comfortable tweaking and modifying dies to hit strict quality targets? ✅
- Execute documented repairs on stamping dies per die maintenance forms.
- Assist with tryouts to ensure dies are production‑ready.
- Support die modifications that uphold quality standards.
- Eight (8) years of tool and die experience or UAW tool and die certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Equipment troubleshooting
- CNC setup and changeover
- Tool/die/mold setup and repair
- Blueprint reading
- Measurement gauges
- Calipers and micrometers
- Hourly rate: $27.00–$34.00 (DOE)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Benefits: Paid holidays, PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401(k)
