The Senior Mechanical Engineer also encourages others to discover, develop, and apply their talents enabling them to reach their full potential.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDesign responsibility for individual components to complete integrated machine systemsPartner with customers and sales executives, other mechanical and electrical design engineers, manufacturing personnel, and customer service techniciansResearch and prepare specificationsDevelop and test prototypesProcess documentationTrain other engineers and technicians Project reporting, tracking, and organizationLead, facilitate, and manage continuous improvement initiativesOther responsibilities as neededMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited college or university (OR an Associate’s Degree with a minimum 15 years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or other technical position).
