Job description Sie unterstützen die regionalen Verkaufsleiter bei Kundenanfragen, Angebotserstellungen, Reiseplanungen sowie in der laufenden Kundenbetreuung. Die Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten in CRM-Systemen gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Sie erfassen Neuaufträge in SAP und übernehmen die sorgfältige Pflege der relevanten Stammdaten. Zudem bereiten Sie Präsentationen, Reports und weitere vertriebsrelevante Unterlagen vor. Die Ausarbeitung von Angeboten sowie die Erstellung und Verwaltung von Verträgen liegen in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich. Sie übernehmen administrative Vertriebsaufgaben, wie die Erstellung von Auftragsfreigaben sowie die Mitarbeit an Projekten im EPDM-Umfeld. Darüber hinaus planen und koordinieren Sie Kundenbesuche sowie Messeauftritte. Sie unterstützen aktiv bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung interner und externer Kommunikationssysteme sowie im Vertriebscontrolling. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management erstellen Sie Vertriebsprognosen und wirken an der Vertriebsplanung mit. Erste Erfahrungen im Vertriebsumfeld sind von Vorteil. Sie arbeiten strategisch, präzise und strukturiert und bringen zugleich eine ausgeprägte Hands‑on‑Mentalität mit. Ihre Kontaktfreude und Ihr souveränes Auftreten spiegeln sich in einer zielgerichteten Kommunikation sowie in Konflikt‑ und Verhandlungssicherheit wider. Eigenverantwortliches Handeln, hohe Eigeninitiative und kreative Lösungsansätze zählen zu Ihren besonderen Stärken. Sie verfügen über gute IT‑Kenntnisse, insbesondere in SAP R/3 (Modul MM) oder idealerweise bereits in SAP S/4HANA.
