In addition to servicing accounts throughout the year, this person will also maintain a focus on upselling current clients, obtaining referrals and seeking out new business opportunities.Your Role on the TeamMake outbound calls, emails, and messages to current clients and potential prospectsWork gamedays, member, and new sales eventsGenerate leads via prospecting, networking, or connecting with referralsSchedule and complete face to face appointments in arena and across the Phoenix metro areaOther duties as assigned as related to the positionYour Skills and ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong interpersonal, time management, and communication skillsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsOptimistic team-first attitude and a competitive desire preferredWilling to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and gamedays preferredHigh School Diploma/ GEDBachelor's degree1-2 years working in a sales and/or service role preferredPrevious experience working with Microsoft Dynamics & Arctics preferredThe Team & ExperienceWe believe great organizations are built by great people.
